Dojang Rules
Always bow when entering or leaving the Dojang. Bow should be no more than 15 degrees.
When addressing a Black Belt always bow first then address them, always use their title. Student bows first, then Black Belt returns the bow.
When answering a Black Belt always use Sir or Ma’am or their title.
Always keeps your Dobok clean. If you forget your Dobok or your belt, line up at the back of the class.
Always keep the Dojang clean, please pick up after yourself.
When sitting together sit according to rank.
All 6th Gup Green Belts and up are required to attend all rank tests. If not you’ll be required to sit out one testing cycle (unless you present me with a good excuse).
Please remove your shoes when entering the Dojang.
No horseplay in the Dojang – including before & after class.
No chewing gum during class.
Remember all Black Belts will be obeyed, unless request is unreasonable. If so, talk to me and I will investigate.
All infractions of the above rules will be dealt with accordingly.
